Conditions for booking a room or the gite.


After a deposit of 50 euros (for a single night) or 100 euro for several nights, per room, the reservation is definite. Since many people book well in advance and we are often not in the situation that we can rent a room to another person after cancellation, we do had to bring up some conditions.


It's always recommended to have an insurance in case of an unwanted cancellation of the room/holiday and we can provide a cancellation bill for an insurance company. In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of your stay, we will refund your deposit minus an administration fee of 10 euros. In case of cancellation between 1 and 4 weeks before the start of your stay, the deposit fee is still required and will not be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 1 week before the start of your stay, we charge all costs minus tourist tax and breakfasts for the days you didn't stay. The above condition is applied as well if your stay is shorter than expected/booked.

Please consider paying the total amount before your arrival since we don't have a bank or credit car system in the house. You can also pay cash during your stay.
